How ViDream handles website data, waitlist signups, and information sent through forms.
On the website we collect the details you choose to share through the beta waitlist form: your name or nickname, email address, and an optional Instagram handle. Alongside each signup we also store basic technical and metadata fields, such as the signup source, language, page, platform, referrer, UTM parameters, simple spam signals, and timestamps.
We use the waitlist details to manage signups, send access updates, and reach out for feedback. The technical metadata helps us protect the forms from spam, understand where signups come from, debug issues, and keep the site secure. Optional analytics and personalization run only after you give consent.
The public website does not collect dream content. In the product, dreams stay under your control: private by default and shared only by your choice.
We store form data using Google/Firebase cloud infrastructure, which helps us run the website, the waitlist, and form security. For privacy questions or to request deletion of your data, email privacy@vidream.app.
