Terms of Use

ViDream is a social dream platform for recording dreams, keeping private entries, creating AI-assisted images and descriptions, sharing posts and reflections, commenting, reacting, messaging, using GIFs, and exploring lucid-dreaming tools. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, tell us about unauthorised access, and remain responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13; users under 18 should have parental consent.

You keep ownership of the dreams, reflections, profile information, images, comments, GIF selections, and other content you create. When you publish or send it through ViDream, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, and operate it according to your chosen visibility settings. You are responsible for what you share.

ViDream uses AI and image-generation providers to create dream images, descriptions, emotional analysis, categories, and interpretations. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected. They are for reflection and entertainment, not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice; do not use ViDream for emergencies or diagnosis.

Do not break the law, harass or intimidate others, impersonate people, infringe rights, share illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, misleading, spammy, or privacy-invasive content, or use the service commercially without permission. Do not spam or automate forms, bypass security or limits, seek unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or submit another person’s data without permission.

Users can report content or accounts and block other users. To protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, comply with law, or keep ViDream working, we may review, label, hide, restrict, remove, or limit content or accounts. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. ViDream and its original content, features, name, logo, and related marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without permission except where the law allows it.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; availability, security, and error-free operation are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViDream is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes in the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions: hello@vidream.app.
